Iowa Weatherization Challenge - 2006

On November 3rd the Jaycees provided weatherization materials and labor to seven Marshalltown
residents in an effort to help them prepare for winter and reduce their utility costs.
We would especially like to thank the Iowa Utilities Board for their $500 grant to help pay for the materials
and a special thanks to Teresa McConnell for spending the day with us and working on this project!
