clothes/boots and lots of bug spray!! We will be
clearing the path and this will take a lot of work
so bring someone to help.

General Membership meeting at the River's
Edge. Bring work clothes and bug spray we
will continue work on the trail and planning
room ideas.

Saturday, September 22nd

Oktemberfest parade, we will have more
details soon related to time and location. We
will be handing out fliers in the parade
advertising the forest.

Work at the Forest continues including
spreading out the mulch so bring your rakes.
We also need to begin work on props and think
of ideas.

Work on spreading the mulch. After working on
the trail we will go to the House on Main Street
above Subway to organize props to take to the
forest.

Meet at 9:00 AM at the Haunted House on Main
Street above Subway. We will load up props
and materials and take them to the forest.

Work in the forest setting up scenes.

This is not a formal workday however there may be
people out working on individual spots so if you want
to stop out and see if the gate is open feel free.

Work on scenes continues. Come and help put
together props or pass out fliers. Place tiki torches.

scenes. Prepare ticket area. Make bodies and do
final touches.

Full dress rehearsal at 8:30 PM

Full dress rehearsal. The Marshalltown
Cheerleaders will be going through at 8:30 PM.
Please try to be there to test your spot or learn the
path.
